Changing Your Password
Follow the instructions on this page if you know your password and would like to change it. If you have forgotten your password and need to reset it, read Resetting Your Password.
2. Select Sign-In Settings from the drop-down list under your name.
3. Select Change your password.
4. You're sent an email from Via Benefits that provides a code to verify your email address.
Note: You're required to go through a two-step process that provides an added layer of security for your personal information. This involves verifying you email address and phone number. If you would like further information, read Additional Security Steps.
5. Once you receive the code, enter it in the Enter code field on the website and select Next.

6. Select Text Me or Call Me.
Text Me
A verification code is sent to you mobile phone.
Enter this code in the Enter Code field on your computer before the code expires, select Next.
If you don’t get the code, you can choose to have the code resent, Get a Call Instead, or Chat with Technical Support.
Call Me
A call is made to your phone.
Follow the voice prompts to continue signing in.
If you don’t get the call, you can choose to get another call, Get a Text Instead, or Chat with Technical Support.
Note: If you provided two phone numbers, select the one you want to use. Call us if you don't have access to either one of the phone numbers.
If you selected Text Me, enter the code on your computer or mobile device and select Next.
7. Create and confirm a new password following the password requirements. Select Next.
You're now signed in and your password has been changed! Be sure to use your new password the next time you visit the website.
