Password Requirements

When you sign up with Via Benefits or change or reset your password, you must meet the password requirements. 

Follow these steps to create a new password:

1. Password requirements display.

 

2. Begin typing your new password. As you type your password, the requirements are checked off as you meet the them. Reminder, you must use at least three of the following requirements: one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, or one symbol.

Note: As an added security measure, we block the most commonly compromised passwords in data breaches, even if they meet the requirements. If you receive a message stating the password is not secure, please choose another.

 

3. Select Next, and your new password is created. You will be taken to the Home page.
