Viewing Your Reimbursement Account Balance
This article applies to you if you have a Via Benefits reimbursement account (sometimes known as a Health Reimbursement Arrangement)*.
You can check your reimbursement account balance on the Via Benefits Accounts mobile app, the Via Benefits website, or by calling us and using the automated voice system. There's no need to speak with a representative.
Mobile App
To view your account balance on the mobile app, simply sign in to the mobile app and view your balance on the Home page.
Website
To view your reimbursement account balance on the website, complete the following steps:
2. Select View Accounts in the Funds and Reimbursements section.
3. Select Visit the Reimbursement Center for the desired account on the Request Reimbursement and Mange Funds tab. This takes you to your reimbursement account.
4. View your Available Balance on the Dashboard. The available balance per year appears.
Select View Account to see an overview of your account.
Select More to view your account Activity and Payments.
Scheduled Payments shows the amount of any scheduled recurring premium reimbursements if applicable. Select the amount to view the Activity page.

This example shows the account balance and deadlines for incurring expenses.
This example shows an account with roll foward. The balance from 2023 is rolled forward into the 2024 balance.
