Sign Into Via Benefits
Learn how to sign into the Via Benefits website and the Via Benefits Accounts mobile app. Both sign-in processes have Additional Security Steps that require you to provide two or more pieces of information to authenticate your identity. The additional security steps are required by law and protect your information from cybercriminals. Your sign-in email and phone number are the same for the website and mobile app.
On the Website
Signing Into Via Benefits
Once you've signed up with Via Benefits, follow these steps to sign into your Profile in the future:
Go to the Sign-In page.

Enter your Email Address and Password. Select Sign In.
To learn how to reset your password, read Resetting Your Password.
Additional Security Steps
The additional security steps are an added layer of protection for your personal information. You must choose whether you want to receive a text message with a code or a phone call.
You're required to perform this step each time you sign in unless you choose to remember this device. Selecting to remember this device allows you to skip verification for 30 days if your web browser allows it.
3. Verify the phone number you want to use for authentication.
Note: If you don't have access to a phone number on this page, select Can't access this number? and follow the instructions to connect with our support team.
4. Select Text Me or Call Me.
Text Me
A verification code is sent to your mobile phone.
Enter this code in the Enter Code field on your computer before the code expires, select Next.
Note: If you don’t get the code, you can choose to have the code resent, Get a Call Instead, or Chat with Technical Support.
Call Me
A call is made to your phone.
Follow the voice prompts to continue signing in.
Note: If you don’t get the call, you can choose to get another call, Get a Text Instead, or Chat with Technical Support.
5. Select whether you want your device remembered. The Home page appears.
Note: Only select to have your device remembered if you're using a trusted computer.
You're now signed in!

Signing Out of Via Benefits
If you'd like to sign out of Via Benefits, select your name in the top-right corner of the page, then select Sign Out.
On the Via Benefits Accounts Mobile App
This section applies to you if you have a Via Benefits reimbursement account (sometimes known as a Health Reimbursement Arrangement).*
Signing Into the Mobile App
Once you've created your Via Benefits Accounts mobile app profile, you're able to simply sign into Via Benefits on future visits. Learn how to create your account.
To sign into the mobile app, follow these steps:
Open the app on your mobile device.
On the Sign into your Account page, enter your Email Address and select Next.
Select Remember Me to skip the account verification process for 30 days.
Note: Select Create Account at the bottom of the page if you haven't created your profile already.
3. Enter your Password, select Continue. You are taken to the dashboard where you can see you account information.
Forget your email address?
Select Forgot Your Email and provide some personal information, select Continue. You're provided with your email address onscreen.
Select Return To Sign In.

Signing out of the Mobile App
If you'd like to sign out of the mobile app, follow these steps:
Select the menu in the upper-left corner.
Select Sign Out at the bottom of the page.
Note: You’re automatically signed out of the app for inactivity after five minutes for Android phones or after three minutes for iOS phones.
