Signing In to Via Benefits on the Mobile App
This article applies to you if you have a Via Benefits reimbursement account (sometimes known as a Health Reimbursement Arrangement).*
After creating your account on the Via Benefits Accounts mobile app or at viabenefitsaccounts.com, you can effortlessly sign in for future visits. If you set up your profile on my.viabenefits.com, you'll still need to create a new account on the mobile app. Learn how to create an account on the mobile app.

Signing In to Via Benefits
Once you've created an account on the mobile app, follow these steps to sign in:
Open the app on your mobile device.
On the Sign into your Account page, enter your Email Address and select Next.
Select Remember for 7 Days to skip the account verification process for seven days.
Note: Select Create Account at the bottom of the page if you haven't created your profile already.
3. Enter your Password, select Continue. You are taken to the dashboard, where you can see your account information.
Forgot your email address?
Select Forgot Your Email and provide some personal information, select Continue. You're provided with your email address onscreen.
Select Return to Sign In.

Signing out of the Mobile App
If you'd like to sign out of the mobile app, follow these steps:
Select the menu in the upper-left corner.
Select Sign Out at the bottom of the page.
Note: You’re automatically signed out of the app for inactivity after five minutes for Android phones or after three minutes for iOS phones.
Facial Recognition
If you have facial recognition enabled on your phone, you can skip the usual sign-in steps. However, you'll still need to enter your password when the app is updated.
